Returns & Exchanges
At The Yetee, we want you to love your gear, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include a note with your RMA number and desired exchange size or refund preference.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest postal carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
